First and foremost – I am not an expert on most of what Im writing about. Im just a guy who tries some shit. Some things work, a lot of things dont. This site is mostly just ramblings about the things that interest me, which as of this writing are cars, technology, nutrition, and fitness. Im not a mechanic, Im just an idiot with some tools. Im an IT guy, but I dont profess to be an expert. Im not a doctor, a nutritionist, or a personal trainer/coach. Im just a fat guy trying to be less of a fat guy.
Im not trying to convince you of anything or sell you anything. If anything here is useful to you in your own journey – COOL. If not, thats fine too.
